THE ORDERING PROCESS

STEP 1
If you love what you see and would like to take the plunge, click “ORDER NOW” to make your non-refundable $250 design deposit. If you have any discount codes, please make note of them in the “special instructions” section at check-out.

STEP 2
An e-mail will be sent directly to us, notifying us of your order. We be sending you an order form within 48 hours of paying your deposit. Please fill it out in as much detail as possible so we can get started.

STEP 3
Weʼll send you an exact quote and contract.

STEP 4
We begin the design work, once we receive your wording. This process will take a couple of weeks. Rushed orders available upon request.

STEP 5
You approve the proofs, and we go to print. This takes about three weeks.

STEP 6
We send you your very own Fresh Love mail masterpieces. Have a happy wedding day!

Once we determine which pieces of the invitation suite you would like, we will put together a custom quote for your entire invitation order. We will also send you a contract, which we require to be signed before beginning any design work. From the time we receive your final invitation wording, the design process usually takes a couple of weeks. Please make sure you read over every proof very carefully (and even have a second and third set of eyes read over them) to make sure there are no edits, before approving your proof. Once we get final approval from you to print all invitation pieces, the printing and production process will take about three weeks. We will send you an invoice for the remainder of your balance. This must be paid before we print your invitations to you.
