Happy Monday! I hope today is a good start to a great week for all of you.
In CSA news, we are so lucky to be getting a reoccurring abundance of fresh peaches—we’ve found so many fantastic ways to use them! We have grilled peach pizzas and peach salad lined up on this week’s menu.
The green apples that we’ve been getting for the past few weeks are delicious, but I don’t think we have explored their full potential yet. So Ryan and I will be doing some experimental apple eating this week. I’ll let you know how it goes.
And the blueberries… well, they never last longer than Wednesday because we eat them so fast!
